Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage has ancient roots, used for millennia in cultures like ancient India (Ayurveda), China, Egypt, and by Native Americans for healing, relaxation, and improving energy flow.My treatment begins with classic massage techniques using oil, to prepare the body.Then, I start working with the hot stones, massaging the areas of the body that need the most warmth and relaxation. I'm always adapting my treatment to the individual needs.The stones radiate the heat for a long time, warming up even the biggest and the most tense muscles. My moves are rhythmic and slow, often bringing my clients to a half sleeping state.The massage ends with a thorough head massage using Thai massage style.
